Bybit And Ghaf Labs Forge Strategic Alliance To Drive Web3 Growth In The Middle East – FinanceFeeds

Bybit, the world’s second largest crypto exchange by trading volume, has announced a multi year Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Ghaf Labs, a boutique Web3 advisory and consultancy firm. Bybit and Ghaf Labs are collaborating to drive wide adoption of web 3, encourage the development of new ecosystem initiatives, and enhance blockchain integration across the Middle East and North Africa.
By combining forces, Bybit and Ghaf Labs aim to consolidate the presence of the Middle East and North Africa as a leading world center for Web3 supported by a commitment to innovation, rules-based governance, and manifest blockchain applications.
Ghaf Labs, with support from Ghaf Capital Partners as a major supporter, uses its expertise to incubate and strategically lead promising Web 3 projects in this region. Coming from a unique situational position of experience both in each of the local market and regulatory framework, Ghaf Labs has an edge competitively in the promotion of the growth of blockchain initiatives in a rapidly digital terrain.
Combined, Bybit and Ghaf Labs want to make free equity grants available, help startups to establish themselves, and to support blockchain, AI, and sustainability-driven digital transformations of the region.
“Our partnership with Ghaf Labs is rooted in a shared vision for the MENA region — one where crypto isn’t just adopted, but lived,” said Helen Liu, COO and Partner of Bybit. “From developer tooling to lifestyle integration, we’re building the bridges that bring crypto into everyday life.”
The essence of this partnership is based on the building up of talent. In partnership, Bybit and Ghaf Labs will unveil educational initiatives such as university connections, bootcamps, as well as developer hackathons to build blockchain talent.
Jointly, they will develop bilingual learning materials in Arabic and English to increase knowledge of Web3 across the MENA communities.
“This partnership with Bybit reflects our shared commitment to advancing Web3 infrastructure, education, and institutional engagement across the MENA region. Together, we aim to accelerate innovation and continue to position the UAE as a global hub for digital assets.”
— Feras Al Sadek, Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Ghaf Labs
Apart from infrastructure development and educational programs, the partnership will show how cryptocurrency can be used in everyday life. Bybit Card presents an opportunity for users to unlock special perks through its ability to connect digital assets with luxury locations such as collaborations with high-end establishments like the Grand Millennium Hotels, Dubai – isn’t that where crypto belongs?
Working together, Bybit and Ghaf Labs will lead such events as The Crypto Polo Cup, Crypto Fight Night, combining Web3, premium sports, and entertainment to grow a community within the region.
Based on the MOU terms, the two companies will collaborate on various projects such as financing for innovation, the creation of blockchain solutions for finance and education, hospitality, and promoting the uptake of decentralized technologies among institutional investors – developing a strong Web3 infrastructure in the Middle East.
When putting forces together, both companies highlight UAE’s role as a leading player in digitization transformation and Bybit’s constant commitment to furthering web3 in MENA.
