The performance of the top 5 cryptocurrency apps in Israel during Q2 2022 reveals interesting trends in downloads and active user metrics. The data, sourced from Sensor Tower, provides insights into the dynamics of these apps across both iOS and Android platforms.
Binance: Buy Bitcoin & Crypto saw its weekly downloads fluctuate, peaking at approximately 5.5K in the week of May 9. Active users for the app experienced a significant increase to around 52.3K during the same week, before seeing a decline to about 35.8K by the end of June.
MetaMask – Blockchain Wallet maintained a relatively stable download rate, with a slight peak at 1.1K in mid-April. Active users hovered around the 10K mark, with minor fluctuations, ending the quarter at approximately 10.1K.
Crypto.com – Buy Bitcoin, ETH experienced a notable spike in downloads, reaching nearly 2K in the last week of May. Active users also saw an increase, peaking at around 9.7K in late May, followed by a decline to approximately 6.2K by the end of June.
KuCoin- Buy Bitcoin & Crypto showed an upward trend in active users, growing from about 5.7K at the beginning of the quarter to approximately 7.9K by mid-June. Downloads varied, with a peak of around 1.2K in early May and a low of 328 in late May.
Lastly, Trust: Crypto & Bitcoin Wallet exhibited stable performance in active users, consistently staying around the 7.5K mark. Weekly downloads saw minor fluctuations, peaking at 645 in mid-May.
